Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AIroles, a curated job board for roles that require AI fluency, operated by Matheus Tonelotto (Brazil). By using AIroles you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance

By visiting airoles.io, creating an account, posting a job, or otherwise using any part of the service, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

2. Eligibility

AIroles is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18. If you are using AIroles on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Accounts and magic-link authentication

AIroles uses passwordless authentication: we email you a one-time magic link to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure. We never store passwords. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@airoles.io.

4. Posting jobs

Posting a job is free. When you submit a listing, it goes through an AI curator and may also be reviewed by a human moderator before going live. To be accepted, listings must:

• Describe a real, currently-open role.
• Genuinely require AI fluency as part of the day-to-day work, not as a nice-to-have.
• Comply with applicable employment law in the role's jurisdiction.
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected category.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings we find misleading, spammy, or off-topic. Curator decisions are not appeals-bound, but you may contact us if you believe a decision was incorrect.

5. Promoting jobs (featured listings)

You may promote any approved listing to "featured" status for a one-time charge of USD $29 per job, paid through Stripe Checkout. The featured window lasts 30 days from purchase and includes:

• Pinned placement at the top of the AIroles feed.
• A Featured badge on the listing card.
• Boosted positioning in category pages and search results.
• Access to view and apply-intent statistics for the role.

Promotion is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal and no subscription. Stripe processes all card data; AIroles never stores card numbers. Refunds are handled case by case at our discretion and may be denied for listings that have already received significant exposure. To request a refund, email hello@airoles.io within 7 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post fake, expired, or duplicate listings.
• Use AIroles to send unsolicited messages, recruit candidates outside a legitimate hiring process, or scrape listings at scale.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users or candidates.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication.
• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.

7. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including job descriptions, company information, and any profile content. By posting on AIroles, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the service, including in search results, category pages, social previews, and our MCP integration. This license ends when you remove the content, except for archival copies and content that has already been distributed.

The AIroles name, logo, design, and codebase are owned by Matheus Tonelotto and are not licensed for reuse without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AIroles is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are a listings platform, not a recruiter or staffing agency. We do not guarantee hires, candidate quality, employer legitimacy, response times, or any specific outcome. You are responsible for your own due diligence on any company or candidate you interact with through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIroles and Matheus Tonelotto are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to AIroles will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $29 if you did not pay anything.

9. Termination

You may stop using AIroles at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we suspect of fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion. Active featured-listing windows for terminated accounts will not be refunded if the termination is due to a violation of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless another forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
